Nutrition Consultation
Every organ, cell and system in our bodies are affected by the food choices we make. In an indiviual consultation, we can focus on what the best choices are for you to optimize your nutrition given your personal concerns. We can also investigate why we make some poor decisions even if we know they are not the best. You will gain direction and motivation to make positive changes in your diet.

Private Yoga
Originally yoga was instructed on a one-on-one basis in order to transmit the true essence of the practice. In the West, we have largely become accustomed to group classes and we benefit greatly from the experience. However, a private session gives us the opportunity to focus more specifically on our own needs. This may include (not limited to) optimizing alignment, developing a home practice, improving areas of pain, tightness/weakness, and working towards a goal. You will gain more insight and go deeper into the experience of yoga.

Private Meditation
A private meditation session is an opportunity to learn techniques that can support you throughout your entire life. We can explore what may work best for your constitution and discuss ways to incorporate meditation into your life. I beleive every condition of the mind/body/spirit can benefit from the healing powers that meditation offers. Meditation can bring great happiness and joy into our lives if we take the time to practice.

Experience a Whole Self approach to health. Be guided in Hatha Yoga, meditation, and nutrition practices to improve you wellbeing. Mind, Body and Spirit are all connected, and our approach to health, and happiness can be too!

Sarada's Bio
Sarada was nationally certified for yoga instruction through the Shambhava School of Yoga in March 2001. Her yoga training took place in an ashram where chanting, meditation, and yogic philosophy are intertwined with daily life.  Sarada has assisted many yoga teacher trainings in the Shambhava School and began leading trainings in Ft. Collins in Spring 2007.  Additionally, she graduated from CSU with a Masters of Science degree in nutrition and became a Registered Dietitian in the Summer of 2009. Her studies have led her to understand how health encompasses our entire mind, body, spirit complex. The health of our environment, our lifestyle choices, our emotional and psychological state and other sources of nourishment play a very important role in our health and wellbeing.  Sarada deeply enjoys helping people find a more complete sense of Self through nutrition, yoga, meditation and lifestyle.
